Agrimee is the contract workspace for independents: a template, a draft, a PDF, a signature, and a history. One account, one signer per contract.
Between files, email, and reminders, an independent loses track of what was sent, signed, or expired.
Versions everywhere
The latest PDF is not always the one that was sent.
Manual reminders
Without a clear deadline, a sent contract can sit unsigned.
Little trace
It is hard to see who signed, and when.
Agrimee runs drafting, checks, PDF, sending, signature, and a log. A signed contract keeps the currency and content stored when it was signed.
Each block matches an engine already in Agrimee.
One system template on Free, 210 on Pro. French, English, and Arabic are languages of the same template, not three templates.
System clauses, and personal clauses on the Pro plan.
Blocking checks before the preview and before sending.
The creation assistant always follows the same order.
Title, amount, currency, project, and clauses.
Recipient and signature deadline.
Checks, then a preview PDF.
Your signature, then the recipient link.
An animated view of the real flow. This is not a customer recording.

Each template exists in French, English, and Arabic.
The current version has a single signer. The link is personal. After signing, the signed PDF stays with the contract.
These points describe the protections already in place on your contracts. They are not external certifications.
Access to the published service uses an encrypted connection. Pages and exchanges are not sent in the clear.
Each account sees only its own contracts. Another user cannot open them.
PDFs and signatures stay private. They open through a link that expires. That link’s code is not stored in the clear.
The amounts shown are the ones stored for Free and Pro.
